I have a great Artist workspace in the Hollywood/ Los Feliz neighborhood, a block away from
Barnsdall Art Park. I'm looking from someone to share the space with.
It is on the top(2nd) Floor of an older Spanish style building. Has lots of windows and light,
great breeze, the building is 24 hour access, secure and well maintained and caters to artists.
The space is between 650 and 700 sq. ft.
Looking for a non smoker for this work only space.
Rent is $500/month.
