Pilobolus began as an experiment among three men and one open-minded professor in a Dartmouth College dance class in 1971. Still evolving after 38 years, Pilobolus bridges pop culture and the cultural arts to create an unforgettable experience. From their appearances on Conan O'Brian and their astounding shadows during the 2007 Oscars, Pilobolus is well known for their groundbreaking athleticism, grace and humor. Experience their breathtaking physical vocabulary live. Performances include RUSHES, a mesmerizing piece combining the company’s renowned physicality with its playful attitude, along with REDLINE, an examination of the beauty and futility of physical battle, offering a breath-taking display of the intense athleticism that earns Pilobolus praise by both the dance-lover and dance-novice alike.
